PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:  Mr. Holly has over 15 years of experience with interdisciplinary environmental and natural resource projects throughout California including restoration ecology, wildlife biology, ecosystem management, environmental policy and renewable energy. Through his career, he has worked with industry professionals, environmental consultants, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and academic researchers. As principal investigator, he has designed and managed several focused community ecology studies, including a three-year riparian vegetation dynamics study in collaboration with research faculty at the Nicholas School of Environment, Duke University. In addition, he serves as a senior project manager and program lead for several large multi-disciplinary projects, some with budgets exceeding $4 million. In addition to his work with BRC, Mr. Holly has served as a member of the board of directors for the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, and is a Project Director and grant writer for on-going community restoration projects in the Ventura River Watershed.
