Andrew Keller

Andrew Keller has over seventeen years of experience as a wildlife biologist, specializing in energy development and utility infrastructure projects.  Andrew’s wildlife experience is primarily with mammals and reptiles of the southwestern United States.  He has worked as a mammal specialist for a major utility provider, providing oversight and guidance to construction crews to avoid impacts to special-status mammal species in California.

Andrew’s primary experience is with the evaluation and siting of new alternative energy projects including solar and wind energy development. Andrew has been responsible for environmental permitting, biological mitigation planning, environmental compliance, and ecological monitoring for clients in the private and public sector.  Mr. Keller has extensive experience with the CEQA and NEPA process, having evaluated over 1000 individual projects for the energy sector in California.
